This was meant to be a vacation property for our family… it’s in far Chicago suburbs, and yes rental market is active but I am concerned to get a lemon of a tenant, plus the availability is only October till April, and it will come furnished..sort of of STR.. 

Vacate the tenant, rehab and rent for market rate which is about $600 more than she's paying nowc.

Id use it as a vacation home since I live 2.5 hours away, and airbnb when not in it.
