Use it to seed your own process or as is - - print one per application, fill-out your findings, sign, date and attach to the original application.I operated a 6-plex and it took about 3-4 years to do this by rote, that's 24 successful screenings and maybe 3x that for reject/denials.Suggestion:  this is 20/20 hind sight now, but start tracking your 'good vs bad' eggs and correlate to the verification list results you filed away. 

I too have to print one out as I have not been able to make the past 2 since I had initially planned to go.  

Why do you think purchase contracts are so long and have such small print?

Also, find your state landlord-tenant statutes, print those out, and get familiar with them.

We now supply him with pre-printed mailing labels.  

Include a printed copy of the Craigslist posting.

I have this idea floating around to build an extension on the property or a separate ADU and finance it myself prior to refinancing, but that might be a bold move this early on in my REI career.

ANd go to a local mortgage broker to set up a table at your open house, they may do the flyer printing free of charge.
