. - Get a 4-year colleague degree, it’s a check mark that wIll enable you to get a decent job that will allow you to save $$$ for REI, learn transferable business skills in the “real world”, and W-2 Income to get financIng. - Figure out how to House lack during colleague to start you REI dreams, duplex or SFH doesn’t matter just do it (wish I had this advise when I came out of high school...or before having kids and “standards” LOL). - Live on 30-50% of your income and invest the rest.
