Any investors have an experience with the area I can shoot ideas off of or anyone have advise for a first timer with a full time job but have the time even while on duty to study and research and make phone calls to make this business successful.  

You could use an attorney and/or a CPA (or tax accountant) to advise you on what to do.

I do a non-monetary gift and card (like a small Hickory Farms box or gourmet popcorn).

I also read often that it is heavily advised to take advantage of the section 179 deduction.So - I am trying to crunch the numbers for a potential vehicle purchase for my business and am weighing it against lost profit.

There are other sites that have the general legal advise, with the disclaimers that it is "not real legal advise" and "check your local laws".

If you see that... my advise is RUN, don't walk AWAY from it as fast as you can.  

Advising people how to do illegal activities that harm the personal or property rights of others is outrageous.

The seller explained that there are liens and that he was willing to let it go for the amount to cover the liens.I was able to confirm the liens due with the county so I sent the seller the contract with the amount.Before he is willing to sign it the seller told me that his attorney advised that I call him.
