After listening to bigger pockets podcasts and reading a few of Dan Turners books and forum posts on bigger pockets I learned about the house hack strategy and would like to implement it by pursuing the purchase of multi-family property with my second purchase. 

Excited to see what I can implement within the next year. 

I wouldn’t say right now is the best time for deeds, unfortunately, I know a few people that have done them for a while but because it’s so automated a lot more competition has come about.

But again its always good to implement your ideas.With CRM are you thinking about using?

Have you listened to the most recent BiggerPockets podcast episode- Episode 360 Leveraging Virtual Assistants and Automation to Build a $2m Portfolio with Stephanie Cabral?

The owner of the building, I plan to have a discussion with him at the top of the year about implementing a legal agreement that will allow me to control 1/3 of the building's units.

I then proceeded to try and gather funds to buy "bots", automated buying applications to get the shoes before they were sold out, and then funds for the shoes, once again this plan never worked out.

It's implemented as a trust, with you serving as trustee. 

@Christopher Blanco @Matt K. this is something I found from another BP member (Andrew Postel) I am going to start implementing #2 and once I gain some experience will look more into #3.
