The walls were kind of torn up and all the pipes were exposed in the basement due to water leak = ceiling fall down.Didnt think much of it, there was nothing in there (so i thought), until the next day i came back and ALL THE COPPER PIPES WERE RIPPED OUT.it was kind of a bad/turning better neighborhood, and i guess you can get some crack for selling all that copper...

Another way to find a potential buyer is to go to your local REIA club and market it there.Also try to ask local managers etc at home depot, paint companies, etc. where rehabbers do business.
