He had his VA do this very thing for a person in the audience and by the end of the talk (pitch to sell his very expensive VA services and automated systems) the VA had made a post and created a blog on his own website for him within the hour, the entire audience clapped and cheered as if it was so amazing.I had a good laugh at least and drank beers with some good investor fiends afterwards, so at least it was not a total waste of my time.

I just think it is going to be a tough sell if the deal appears tilted towards the borrower no matter how solid the return is for the lender.I'll look for more posts on it and would offer any advice I can think of as you go along trying to put this together.

-StevenI think they can name anyone they want on the lawsuit, but unless they can provide a solid reason for suing the individual (such as fraud), the judge will force them to sue the LLC instead of the individual(s).

You could get some commercial financing and pick up a solid APT building that has some deferred upkeep and needs some rehab.
