He said this sounds more like the contract process, when you have a few weeks to do your due diligence.From the podcast, it sounds like Bryce is going up to several properties at once, and asking for this Agreement of Sale, in order to keep them from being offered to other buyers.

Maybe they can pay you to bird dog, and then you can go through the whole process with them.If you find a good deal, someone will want to buy it.

It is possible to have the partnership structured with your IRA, the process can be cumbersome so it is crucial that you work with qualified and experienced professional who can assist you with proper structure.

Am I missing something or is there a certain way you have to plan or approach this process?
