Would you just get the license as a supplement to your investing or would you pursue it as a career and to be your skill set for the investment world?

I really enjoy what I do, so my primary objectives are to supplement my income and aggressively get out of debt.

No one likes to hear this but if you are not in a sound financial position, the first step in real estate investing is often getting into a position to enable you to invest.
