I have worked as on office manager to a general contractor many years ago, I worked as a project managers assistant at the same company, which led me to go to school and earn a project managers certification.

Our office is already seeing the influx of projects with all of the developers thinking the same way. 

If you are looking to stay at that brokerage and become a real agent then your best bet might be to give the listing to someone in the office who could serve as your mentor.

. :) I would also ask whether they've had vacancies and for how long, have they had any issues with tenants or staff from the property managers office, was the property manager able to provide you with quality contractors, and what has the property manager do to exceed your expectations? 

I work primarily in industrial retail and office so a bit of a grain of salt, but this is from friends and colleagues in the industry.

They likely home office out of a spare bedroom.

I got $150,000 but I have had my loan officer write up house worksheets for a few properties I have found with four units.
