From my experience in propane, but never having dealt with Natural Gas, I'm about 99% sure you would have to call the gas company that provides you the gas to come work on the gas line and get the separate meters set up on the house.

You'll need to know who pays for gas, electric, water, sewer, trash and lawn care and snow plowing.

Markets like Baytown, Pasadena, LaPorte, etc are very dependent on oil & gas so they tend to be a little more volatile. 

Renovated the entire house, removed radiators and oil tank and replaced with natural gas.

We had to add 10 piers under house, mostly new floor joists, all subfloor, most sheetrock, mostly new wiring, new HVAC and ductwork, new sewer, water, and gas lines, etc… and we were able to stay under $60k I believe.

I think the gas and electric have been turned off. 

Within 2 minutes I found 2 strong sources of avg estimates for water, electricity and gas for my state.

Under renting by $2-$5 per sq foot, & landlord paying all expenses - electric, gas, trash, insurance, taxes,water, etc. what are you doing immediately to fill this and reduce expenses?

and utilities (electric, water,internet,gas,snow clearing, etc) to be shared 50/50.Much of the initial information re dissolution etc is established.  

I have a gas station currently listed that does really well - 14% CoC return at the moment.
