I would call the store and ask them to come pick it up.

My view is that pests are landlord responsibility unless the tenant caused the problem  I had one set of tenants who had their furniture stored on his fathers farm.

As landlords, I think we can help with references to other landlords, helping tenants understand the impact of not prioritizing bills well, and maybe helping them fund appliances to keep them away from rent to own stores.
