@Brandon Mattingly What about certified emotional support dogs?

Unless you’re a very small percentage of people and have access to tons of money/resources, it’s just like anything else- it takes time to save money up from your everyday job to support this stuff.

If I were going to invest in real estate outside of my local area, I would first line up all the help I would need to support that endeavor.  

Im a big supporter of doing things yourself first before you train others to do them but thats a personal call you will have to make for yourself.

I know there are a few Denver based ones on here, but I am not sure which ones are going strong and support Virtual so it would also be great to have some of the other  long tenured forum members weigh in.

Unlike Costa Rica, both these countries have the budget to massively promote tourism, which they have done and they have a middle class supporting real estate prices. 

Only problem we had was that customer support and clarity on the process once we received the metering components was essentially non-existent. 

Moreover, this appreciation is largely supported by the federal stimulus package and money printing. 

Get as many investment properties that you can support at your age.
