Are New York City and Long Island good places to wholesale?

If anyone knows a bank in the New York City area please let me know .

I own three properties in Albany New York, looking for a fourth.

The question I pose to our august Upstate New York contributors is - is this all hype, is there something to it, or a mix of both?

Before that, Warren was fined by the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs for deceptive advertising practices, according to the New York Post.

For those of you not familiar with owning property in New York City, if You own a building with 3 or more units it must be registered with the city and you have to provide contact information for someone that actually lives in the city.

Hello Everybody,  I had a question about funds being withheld from the deposit I am from New York when write down to fix the floor will cost me $750 and their deposit is the same amount, do I need to get a quote first or no because I only have 14 days to send it?
