What is the process of flipping a house in New Jersey? 

I tend to agree with this statement and have been successful in helping companies identify their profit producing activities and then create systems and processes to make those easier. 

Or you find out that your PM found his wife under the keyboard player of an 80s cover band last week and is locked up for ag-assault in the county jail for thirty days with no one available to collect rent or continue the process of evicting those people on Center St. who might or might not be running a under-the-table daycare center/illegal pain pill distribution center out of your property...Does your whole house of debt collapse because Murphy wasn't in a good mood this week?

Hi Jose definitely in the process of investing in multi-families.

Put a process in place which allows you to scale to $10k/mo.

I am looking/already have for the following:Realtor - Someone who is willing to work with out of state investors, and kind of guide me through the process of selecting good investment. 

However their taxes assed value are all above $50,000.So my question is, can someone provide a step by said process on how to argue a lower tax amount .

A reasonable compromise is to invest in a good out of state market where you have some existing connections that can help you jump start the networking process.
