My personal advise is to find a local attorney near Cole Camp to represent you for a small or flat fee (if possible).

As we are nearing completion, it is really coming together nicely so this will be a bit of a time lapse.  

I actually ran my own comparable properties report before the appraisal, using several recent sales near/around our subdivision.
