I just read in the NYTimes how cocaine sales have been negatively impacted by all the shelter in place orders...what is the world coming to when even drug dealing tenants can't make their rent payments!

It might be different in other parts of the country but in SoCal where inventory was tight it had no impact, the buyers drive the bus on which houses they see and offer on.
