Hello, It's a long hard search to find a landlord attorney in NYC ( Brooklyn, NYC or Queens) for an eviction who communicates regularly with client on updates of case, appears knowledgeable about facts of the eviction case, and emits a feeling that they are competent.

When we explain they really need to be clients first so they can give a true testimonial about how we operate, the communication stops and they move on to the next company they can find.

Some of the things are common sense.I don't agree with the AI communication thing.

Just make sure to communicate clearly with your tenant about your decision and the reasons behind it.
