., managing a property remotely (even managing the property manager), then that is in my opinion a business, albeit a part-time business.That is not comparable to buying every month into a Vanguard ETF that tracks the S&P 500 and then just having the emotional intelligence not to sell when the market drops - doing that will earn you 7% long-term with no work.
