I found Bigger Pockets through youtube and have been watching videos and listening to podcasts for the past 5 months gathering information to figure out what we want to do next.Recently we bought a home up in Napa Valley upcountry that we intended to rehab and use for a vacation rental as well as build an ADU to add another rental space or use for ourselves. 

I have some leads on private lending opportunities to fund my first project so that is promising.I'm enjoying BP and hope to be a contributor to the community!  

It's next to a tourist attraction and we are thinking about building some small cabins to rent out during the vacation season which would be about three quarters out of the year.
