I have question for fire dues and trash.When fire dues is due?

Took me about 2 years to wake up to them, but I fired them at the end of 2019.

Make sure that the mechanical closet is vented to the outside if anything in the closet produces CO2, put in a closet, have either 2 doors or a door and window that is large enough for escape in case of a fire. 

I want to minimize the risk for fires since the bedrooms are carpeted.

The in-law suite/apt would have its own entrance and would be fire safe with multiple windows.
