Working with Fire Realty Team to acquire my Rentals Units was a real pleasure.

I see a lot of answers from outside CA and therefore likely not familiar with arrowhead or CA insurance.I suspect every home in arrowhead needs to get its fire insurance via the CA Fair plan.  

Arcades, saunas, hot tubs, projector screens with video games, fire pits, murals (for IG) bikes and toys - whatever delivers a home away from home experience that likely could not be replicated at a hotel/motel. - Design.

No arcades.  

Hi folks,I'm in the home stretch of picking up a (very) expensive California Fair Plan (CFP) policy to get fire coverage for a 4 Plex since State Farm has dropped me.My questions is - CFP seems to classify 4 units or less as a "Dwelling" policy and 5 units or more as "Commercial", but they also seem to say that "Business owned" properties are Commercial. 

Forest fires in the Appalachians of any size are quite rare due to the significant annual rainful; a fraction of the forest fire activity in the southern and western Rockies.
