The person that bought the second mortgage put in a motion to vacate the sale based on them not being notified.

If rent is unpaid on the second, you should serve a notice to pay or vacate.

I currently own three properties that are all vacation rentals (airbnb, VRBO, etc).  2 have been in my portfolio for 1.5 years and 4 years respectfully. 

It seems that this bill just assumes everyone must enjoy being around pets and that seems unfair to me.Here's another scenario for you, you sign an applicant to a lease and they move in with an aggressive, loud, and/or destructive pet(s).

I’ve received several recommendations including rehabbing one unit at a time while keeping the other units occupied to minimize holding expenses, while others have suggested vacating the entire property upfront prior to renovations.
