Go to the courthouses in your areas and find out when the next foreclosure auctions are being held so you can arrive there early and meet the cash buyers and show them your properties.Have your homework done completely before even attempting to speak to them.They want to know as much as possible immediately on your first encounter like How old the house is,when was the roof repaired or replaced the last time,the extent of the current damages,the latest comps and ARV of the home,your estimated rehab costs,etc.
