Both houses are u/c so hopefully everything will go smoothly (we got a nice cash offer on our condo). 

It would cost money but it would run smoothly once in place.

If a sibling or in-law I have found it is worth trying to smooth it over.

I,m kind of nervous to start with wholesaling but with the help and advice from seasoned investors like yourselves and the information on biggerpockets it should be a smooth transition for me. 

Is there any method/process that could save some bucks and being a lot smooth transition than the two situations I could imagine.Many thanks to anyone stop by and give their 2cents!!!

I have not been active on these forums as I started a cleaning business and that took over my life for a bit.Now that I have it running smoothly, I'm looking to get back into real estate.I just don't know where to start!

If you do not have enough construction knowledge to manage a project, you expose yourself to precisely the kind of game-playing you encountered here - where it sounds like you were charged separately for each task that is involved in a simple window replacement and that in the normal course of things should have been included in the quoted price.  

If you want things to go smoothly, DON'T MAKE CHANGES MID STREAM.
