Individual RE is a different animal. 

It may not be worth messing with and maybe be thankful you have the property back in your control.Did you post a cure or quit notice when they brought in the animal?

And if your an animal lover a serious vet visit/hospitalization that would costs thousands here would cost 80-90% less there.  

So one quick coat will almost always suffice.

@Charlie Cameron, STR is definitely an interesting niche but definitely a different animal then normal rental.

I mean, a Home, Retail Store, Animal Hospital, Nail Salon, or many things would be great beside of our building as they do not produce foul gasses, odors, and vibrating our building for hours a week.

one is stick built off site, the other is Manufactured, and are completely different animals.
