I think the absolute biggest one is being willing to manage your own bookings and having a management company be your boots on the ground.

Make sure you have good boots on the ground here otherwise you will get burned.

., South Broadway, Soulard, Lafayette Square, they all have a different feel so it shouldn't take long to get a sense of which speak to your investing goals more.As far non-business things to do, the Arch and Arch Grounds/Riverfront is great and just underwent a big remodel.

I am still in the eduacation phase but hope to start investing I within the next year.

But are you talking about the tiny houses on wheels or the one that is on the ground?

I'm just starting out myself, currently in the "learn as much as possible" phase.

AS you can tell I am just itching to get back in the air and any excuse to fly up there  LOL.. been grounded for a while now.
