@Lawanda King ,This is pretty standard, but if you would simply swap out the words contractor and contractee and replace them with Buyer and Seller, it will make perfect sense.

@Douglas Larson The crew started the cleaning and it is looking great.Looks like most of the facia board will need to be replaced, the prior owners used some form of painted osb.

I've had two dachshunds in a property that peed throughout the entire house and had to pull and replace the carpeting.For us, our insurance will not allow pit bulls or other breeds they deem to be "vicious".
