@Lawanda King ,This is pretty standard, but if you would simply swap out the words contractor and contractee and replace them with Buyer and Seller, it will make perfect sense.

This particular structure is being bought at about half of replacement cost, and they are actually doing new construction around the block.

So, if your NNN investment is located on a highly trafficked retail corridor, with low unemployment, growing demographics, and low crime, there are likely to be many potential replacement tenants willing to lease up the vacancy.

@Douglas Larson The crew started the cleaning and it is looking great.Looks like most of the facia board will need to be replaced, the prior owners used some form of painted osb.
