If it drags on and goes all the way to judgement and sheriff removal  figure on 2 or 3 grand.

Had a grand plan back then but life and work got in the way.

Hello BPMy grand mother passed about 3 years ago.

I'm expecting that complete replacement will cost 7.5 to 15k, so I'd rather shell out a grand every couple of years in the near term. 

I am sure there is one in the Lansing area and there are many in the SE Michigan and Grand Rapids areas.  

Will please do not give the government any ideas on how to screw investors any more than they already are.I hear ya Mark, unfortunately, the government is full of "grand" ideas and I am quite sure they have already thought of those items.

Put it back on the market AS-IS with full disclosures.This might be a little half-baked, but it could work as a "work-from-home" strategy to make a few grand per deal.You can flame me as long as you give me constructive criticism!!

First off, it's great that you're ambitious but don't bite off more that you can chew.You need experience a track record along with history.... think about it if you had a buddy suddenly come to you and proposed a great business idea without a real business plan and suddenly just asked for a grand would you loan it to him just cause?
