@Garrette Becker  Sorry to  reach out to you so late, attempted to do so earlier but encountered some problems with my computer.  

One of my future goals is to try to be more active on BP and answer more questions here, but I tend to spend more time on job-sites these days than in front of a computer! 

I work a good bit with investors in residential properties and even so, my full time job quickly became a part time job and will soon become a memory.

You just have to get out there away from a computer monitor and start learning in the real world.
