We live in the infomation age, every person with a smart phone has basically the entire knowledge of the human civilisation at their fingertips.

Why pay full price when you can use the systems/programs at your fingertips to get the SAME education for a FRACTION of the cost.

I do think sites like Zillow, as well as the fact there is just so much more information at our finger tips, will hurt Real Estate Agents, but not the good ones.

I have a theory that with more of the world at peoples fingertips, more people want to "experience" the world before settling down/having kids/buying a house...or they may even decide, through their trekking through the world...that they in fact don't want ANY of those things.

Beaches, international airports, plenty of festivals, nightlife, and culture are at your fingertips. 2) schools are fantastic for the most part.
