I dont know of a source of what you are asking for but have you considered putting a basic training page or frequently asked question page together with your personal answers, or a short video training and have people review before they contact you.

I have been looking at Google's Hangout and it seems you can do group video on it among other things.With Skpe they allow one party video but if you want groups they charge for it.What do you see as Google's angle with this??

It wouldn't happen.If anyone needs help, advice, or to hire an effective credit repair company my company works with several real estate companies in getting positive results in the shortest amount of time (i.e. 30-90 days).Here's a video that Equifax told us to remove from our website and on Youtube...we made the video private for that reason.
