With the government imposing moritoriums, its a safe strategy to have month to month leases.

The whole thing is morally, ethically, wrong for the government to force property owners to give away services without just compensation by the government.   

The government tends to fail in an epic nature when it comes to getting involved in 'helping' as they don't know when to stop 'helping' - just as they don't know how to stop taxing so they can pay for their 'helping'. 

I know there is a case for better chances to get paid since the bulk of the money is coming from the government but I've also heard a number of folks say that they've had issues with tenants falling off the program. 

Woudl this low assessment stick around for a while after I purchased the property,or would the municipal government immediately re-assess the property?

Getting things filed is now more cumbersome than ever and no matter what accommodations we attempt to provide the local government department or agency, they are not going to deviate beyond their procedures.

There are a few areas near me that have had a large amount of government attention in cleaning them up and establishing better neighbourhoods.

Some associations do this on their own sub metering but there are extremely complex laws called weights and measures that govern the billing practices and maintenance of the meters.

@Tim Rainey it’s very asset dependent but I think that inflation is much higher than the government admits.
