I am working thought my probate leads for this month and noticed few leads where probate personal representatives live outside of country.

We did the Articles of incorporation, Operating Agreement, filing, etc ourselves, BUT (and it's a big but), before we filed, we ran it through a lawyer who charged us $150 just to browse over it and make sure it all looked good.

I'm not a lawyer so do not take anything I write as gospel.Who is saying this is a law?

You'll sign a note, a security deed, your HUD1 and probably a page or two of lawyer CYA stuff.
