One more thing to consider, when you believe your unit is free of bedbugs and before you re rent it out, I use Burns Pest Elimination, they have trained dogs that are trained to sniff out bedbugs.

If each candidate comes with their CRM, you will have many training and control problems.But when you have your favorite CRM, you can once organize video training and testing of candidates.

Until then, continue learning and focus on getting through your basic training.

Now everyone in the company is hired and trained within those systems. 

At this point I would struggle to know what is required, and I am wondering if I would learn that through the training to become an agent?

We do not have formal training in redoing houses, but in the past year have completely remodeled our house, the vast majority of which we did ourselves and for very little cost.
