When you are about to "throw yourself" into this new endeavor or REI, I would strongly recommend you meet with a mortgage/financial professional first.

Everything seems to be very user friendly, and most of the posts I have read seem to be by friendly professionals, offering up their expertise, or networking.I started out as a realtor and mortgage broker in the Tampa Area, and my business has grown to include my own Brokerage and Construction Company.
