The official foreclosure notice is generally required to have the property legal description, which is rarely easy (but not impossible) to convert to a street address.Here in Georgia, the address is usually in the notice, but is often very well hidden among the legal blather.Since it's all public info, can you paste a sample notice here for us to see?

I think it's going to be very hard (if not impossible) to find an all encompassing software that incorporates a CRM, brokerage management, property management & construction management into one tool.Spreadsheets or maybe a custom built Podio setup might be the way to go.

@Jesse Runyon FHA some requirements but not limited to: FICO® score at least 580 = 3.5% down payment.FICO® score between 500 and 579 = 10% down payment.MIP (Mortgage Insurance Premium ) is required.Debt-to-Income Ratio < 43%.The home must be the borrower's primary residence.Borrower must have steady income and proof of employment.FHA is good loan however, in this market finding a little harder to get then accepted not impossible just competitive right now.
