Sewer/septic system in good shape?

The owner is a lawyer who believes he has gamed the system by claiming much the same thing.

I am curious on how the rating system for bigger pockets works.

The first thing you should do is change your spending habits and get those under control so you don't end up back in the same position. 

@Jeremy Swanson Unfortunately our education system isn't set up to breed successful real estate investors.

They may not be able to tell you if your particular property would qualify, but I would think at the very least that they could tell you if there are other properties in the system that also have tanks in the basement.

@Jason Payne agree with both Jacob and Jason, most of US books are excellent, especially for the systems, strategies and motivation they provide.
