I'm an electrical engineer working in the customer service area in the greater Boston area, basically answering phone calls and emails to solve engineering problems for customers.

The biggest draw is I have no clue where to start.

I'm leaning towards the buy & hold strategy but realize after reading the forums, there are many strategies that can help solve our short and long-term goals as a family. 

They have the most problems and are the most difficult to solve.
