I'd recommend using the networking tools here on BP, FB groups focused on investing, and the Meetup website.

Alternatively you can search the address online and on social media and see if you can find something marketing the property, or check wholesaler websites

I usually offer a custom website for the buildings I buy with directory of tenants on there and try to help their visibility and business traffic to their own sites.Little things that do not cost much in the overall picture can help foster goodwill with business tenants and they like to stay when they feel landlord keeps up the place and cares. 

I used to find this information on the County Recorder's website of whatever County the property is in.
