We would like to keep this land as well as find a way for it to generate a bit of income for us.My question to you is this...Does anyone have any suggestions on how to monetize this piece of land as it basically sits vacant 360 days a year?

I have a few questions regarding how much cash flow would be generated by a property such as a tri or fourplex, and the requirements for investment property and FHA loans.

So far rents are great and we would like to purchase more properties, however we are limited in how much we can save at any given time, which is why we are considering a partnership with another couple by forming an LLC, where we buy and flip homes to generate additional income to buy our own properties.

Designing logos, answering customer complaints for agents you're responsible for as a broker, accounting, training, licensing, RECRUITING....I can't believe the amount of turnover, so probably 80% of your time should be/will be recruiting new agents for your brokerage....and then you have to figure out how to take care of the other million tasks in your 10-20% of the time which is important.   

They leave it to family for generations by having a family member receive mail at the address.

Lol...Essentially, you are looking to purchase a lot of land, have improvements done to it so customers can bring their tiny homes and pay a monthly lot rent.
