The $24,000 sounded like nothing, until a few days later when I had to pay it.Learn as much about real estate as you can on-line or reading books, then re-search the organization before you go in and commit to anything.I found most of the info on their course was the same stuff I saw everywhere on the internet, with a lot of motivational stuff mixed in.

It must be harder than usual to find motivated sellers as Power of Sale and banks selling for fair market value definitely have their effect on the market for motivated sellers.
