When I was in San Diego County I met a guy who did it for $30 dollars a month, really detailed info, it was cheaper for me , less then gas and parking costs, and of course the bonus of saving valuable time.

The appraiser mentioned it as a custom fitting being more valuable than it really was.If you incorporate custom details, in good taste for the style of property and quality, it makes an impression that can add more value than the real cost. :)

Of course as time goes on and you become a more sophisticated investor, there absolutely is a place for targeted seminars and coaching that will teach you about more advanced areas of REI such as syndication or non performing notes, but that isn't necessary for basic bread-and-butter single family rental investing.Kiyosaki does offer some helpful videos that are available for free on YouTube.
