There are lots of regulations around this concept, so just be sure you're up to code if you venture down that path of renting basement space...

As it stands I am working 18+ hours per day between w2 and two other self ventures. 

I'd venture a guess that all the STR owners have nowhere near the funds the big casinos have to fight this.

I have experience in foreclosure properties, but have not ventured much into obtaining information and acquisition of foreclosure.

Advice wanted and needed:My company has historically invested in 4 unit apartment buildings and this is our first venture into a 10+ unit. 

I think it's fantastics that you're open to this new venture and taking the steps to change your life!

That's the mega goal... to live free and have other people fund ventures ;)
