You’ve got a lot of folks from the suburbs coming in, expecting a bleached-clean version of a city where everything’s clean and the streets are free of any loiterers.

This reminds me of the episode of the British version of The Office when they are talking about how postage stamps are legal tender.

The only way you will know for sure is if you serve her a version of your states notice to quit and go from there. 

There are two schools of thought ,  tell them it is your policy to issue notice regardless when rent is late and issue the legally required late notice just in case she doesn't pay OR  the work with her /one time forgiveness version. 

I do provide blenders, coffee pots but no frill versions.

I'm sure everyone here as some version of this story...I'm wondering if anyone has some feedback for my specific case. 

Even a version that said you'd "only" be there for 2 hours every day, etc.  

You can mail a corrected version if the house remains vacant longer, or mail them the right one when the call.
