Obviously we all want to make money in real estate and want to make good purchases right from the get go, but real estate has this funny way of covering up mistakes over time.

Pretty minor stuff: painting, hanging towel bars, repair toilet, repair door hinges, caulk in wet areas, replace broken door, replace broken outlet covers.
