MF typically has more maintenance costs and shorter date leases  and having to pay any utilities is an,as you said, an unknown expense.Just go with what is best unless your gut is telling you to walk away.

Airbnb is very weak in my location.Booking on Homeaway.com sync easily to block out the reserved dates on my AirBnB calendar.Homeaway doesn't block me from communicating with potential renters.

I decided that getting my RE license was the next step to become more independent (touring properties on my own schedule, not relying on a broker to walk me through properties on their time, writing offers, eventually saving on commission when selling, and so on).I understand that I have to work under a broker for three years in order to become one myself.

I have an iPhone but I would think it is the same on an android phone so if you read the app in the google store it should say what version the app is and the last date it was updated.

@ed @Ed Brady always try and post to the front door and take a photo, best defense, and make sure it has a date stamp.One time there was s big fercocious dog in the yard, so we tossed a piece of candy and ran and  posted to front door.
