Getting some local experience first, even if the deal isn't as good as out of state, might not be a bad idea.

The good news is there are multiple ways out so we won't get stuck in a bad situation.

Overall just general lack of care to maintain their properties, none of which are getting fined by the city.I thought that the next best thing to do would be to go for a drive and actually go to check out the current status of these homes to see if they are indeed as in as bad of shape as these complaints say they are.
