I'm buying my first property - 3 family building in Westchester, NY and debating whether to renovate it first thing as the building will be delivered vacant or focus on getting the basic fixes and bring in tenants as soon as possible and renovate later down the road.The units are fine, need some fixing and updating but overall shouldn't be much work.

Employment in South Lake Union spiked from 24,550 workers to 35,900 from 2009-14, while the population rose from 4,180 to 5,341 people.Until transit concerns are solved for delivering a 30,000, I'm sorry 30k + the new 3-4k coming online so lets just say, 35k people every day to one of the most remote (transit-ly speaking) to their office people are going to want to live closer.

They're both going into the operations side, working with my contractors to ensure we deliver finely renovated homes on time, on budget, etc.And no worries about missing the rehab tour - we'll do another one in the next couple of months or so.
