Aloha everyone!  It's Lilia here from Hawaii!  All though I grew up in Oregon and am currently visiting! I am a math teacher and have been for some time.  I am in a season of motivation to learn this business of RE!  I am really interested in buying, rehabbing, and renting out properties. I want to one day be able to set my own schedule and travel! I am glad to have stumbled on this great community and am so excited to meet some new like-minded peeps!

Hawaii is like the west coast market but worse. Like 3-5 caps. Jasmine C. Knows what she is doing.
